Peaceful, (un)Easy Feeling

The Clinton machine is full attack mode in NH. Obama is gaining in the polls and Clinton is trying to stop the bleeding. I don't think she can...this is as much about people not wanting her as it is about the Obama phenomena.

On a personal level, this must be difficult to comprehend. She has run her campaign as the inevitable candidate...being rebuked by voters cannot be pleasant. Many of the high-level super delegates are shocked by what is happening. The establishment Democratic party apparatus is unable to grasp the grassroot movement in our country. They were too quick to take credit for the 2006 (see Rahm Emmanuel) elections and simply ignored how voters turned on the status quo.

You simply cannot count the Clintons out at this point. She has money and a strong organization...it's a bit like rooting against the Yankees as a Sox fan. You don't count them out until the fat lady sings.
